Expect to walk away from this 30 minute session with maximum clarity + easy to implement steps for quick resolution. Fill out the client intake form, answering each question as thoroughly as you can for the best possible assistance. Please note all information submitted will be reviewed by Coach Shae or a member of the TFF Academy staff. If for any reason we feel the information submitted does not align with what we feel will produce favorable results for both parties involved TFF Academy reserves the right to cancel your appointment in which you will receive a FULL refund immediately following. Please note this is the only instance in which a client (or potential client) can receive a refund. In no other circumstances will a refund be granted, including no call no shows. Clients are allowed ONE reschedule appointment in which the original appointment must be cancelled and rescheduled within 14 days of the original booking date using the member portal. Failure to honor TFF Academy's cancellation and reschedule policies forfeit the ability to receive any future services by TFF Academy.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact at least 2 hours before your session if not sooner. Please note, all sessions are nonrefundable. Clients are allowed ONE reschedule date is cancellation/reschedule policy is followed.
